Explanation

This multi-line informational message is issued by the monitoring service in response to a DISPLAY,REPL,SUBSCR,ACTIVITY command. It contains a report of subscription metrics with an additional line including information about when the last UOR was sent. The additional line tells the user when the last commit was sent to the target and what the time difference is between when the last commit was sent and current time.
