Explanation
The amount of memory that is used by dependency analysis reached a critical threshold. The target server will stop receiving messages from the source server until storage is available.  Processing resumes automatically when space is available for additional dependency information after existing dependencies are removed when those UORs have completed processing.

This might be a temporary condition due to a workload peak.  If that is the case, no action is necessary.  If this message is issued repeatedly you might need to increase the apply service configuration parameter DEPGRAPHMEMORY to provide more storage for dependency information to handle the workload.
