Explanation
The subscription is in error due to problems encountered
with the file file-name. The supported file organizations
are key-sequenced data set (KSDS), relative record data set (RRDS),
and entry-sequenced data set (ESDS).

User response
Verify that all data sets in the subscription are 
VSAM data sets and that the file organizations are KSDS, RRDS,
