Locking subscriptions within a datastore

Users can lock subscriptions within a datastore so that it is read-only to other users.

In the Configuration perspective of the Subscriptions view, an icon is displayed next to each subscription in the list to indicate it's state; whether it is locked or available for editing.

Another way to view the subscription state (locked or unlocked) is to look in the Subscription Active/Edit Panel, which appears under the list of subscriptions.

If you are a System Administrator enabled to perform user account and datastore administration, you can also override this setting and unlock the subscription so that it becomes available to other users.
