Configuring a threshold to trigger a prompt for the filtering for databases, schemas, and tables

You can specify the number of databases, schemas (or libraries), or tables at which the Map Tables wizard will prompt you to specify a filter.

Procedure

  1. Click Edit > Preferences.
  2. Click Prompts.
  3. In the Minimum number box in the Filtering section, specify the number of databases, schemas (or libraries), or tables at which the Map Tables wizard will prompt you to specify a filter. Note that if you select a large value, loading all databases, schemas, or tables may take some time. The default value is 5000.
  4. Click Apply.

Results

You can click Restore Defaults at any time to use the default preferences.
