Required Db2 for z/OS settings for normal operation of the started task
The started task monitors on a TCP/IP port and connects to Db2 for z/OS with the CDC Replication user. The CDC Replication user makes use of the Db2 plan that is configured for the started task.
The CDC Replication user ID requires either the SYSCTRL privilege or the following
individual privileges:
- All of the privileges for normal operation
- EXECUTE ON PLAN for the started task's Db2 plan
