Deleting character encodings

You can delete character sets and encodings from Management Console, to remove them from use by the replication engines.

Before you begin

This task is only applicable to datastores that are CDC Replication version 6.3 or CDC Replication Engine for Db2® for z/OS® version 6.2.1 and earlier.

Procedure

  1. Click Edit > Preferences.
  2. Select Advanced and click Encoding.
  3. Select the character set.
  4. Click Delete.
