Charting metrics for a subscription

You can use metrics to help you analyze subscription performance.

1. Click Monitoring > Subscriptions.
2. Select a subscription.
3. Right-click and select Monitor Performance.

   The Performance view opens and the subscription name is displayed in a list.

4. Enable the Collect check box for the metrics you want to collect.

   The availability of metrics is determined by the datastore that the subscription belongs to; only the metrics relevant to that datastore will be displayed.

5. Click Collect Data.

   A dialog will open, asking if you want to save the statistics to file. Click Yes if you want to record the statistics. Enable the checkbox if you want to save the decision and not be asked the question again in future sessions.

6. Enable the Chart check box for the metrics you want to chart and view.
