Physical bytes read - bytes

Use this metric to track the physical bytes read by the log reader. This includes any extra I/O that is done by replication engines to read logs. For API-based log readers, this value will be 0.

Using: Use this metric to understand log reader activity. A large number can indicate that large amounts of log data are being processed.; If this number is high, and the amount of data replicated is low, it means that CDC Replication is filtering out most information from the log.; If the number is low, it can indicate that there have been few changes in the database.
