Use this metric to track the time spent waiting on the data queue.

Units: Cumulative centiseconds (1/100th of a second)
Using: This metric indicates the amount of time the target engine has spent waiting for the data queue to have space available for more data.; If this wait time gets too large relative to the amount of time spent replicating, it indicates a bottleneck in the target apply task.
