Message Destination—Product administration log and system log

System Action—The CDC Replication TCP/IP Listener task is not initialized, and as a result, the CDC Replication address space is not initialized.

Operator Response—Verify that TCP/IP is active and properly configured.

Client Administrator Response—Verify that CDC Replication is configured to use the correct TCP/IP stack by inspecting the SUBSYSTEM TCP/IP configuration control statement keyword.
