Explanation
A stored procedure program attempted to communicate with
a remote system such as IMS or CICS. Data was sent to the remote system and
then an APPC RECEIVE was requested. A disconnect occurred before all of the
data that was sent by the remote system was received. 

User response
Check the target (remote) system for error or abend messages.
Check for errors or other messages in the system log or in the job output
that might explain the disconnection. Check the system log and job output
for both the local task (data server) and the remote task (CICS, IMS).
