Customizing Kafka table mappings

After you have mapped tables for a subscription that targets Kafka, you can customize your table mappings.

Derived Columns

Used to create an expression that is evaluated by CDC Replication on a source column. The results of the expression are sent to the target system.

Multibyte and Unicode Character Set Conversions

Used to specify how CDC Replication converts character sets on source columns during replication.

Filtering Rows and Columns

Used to include or exclude rows or columns for replication.

Used to modify the primary key for the mapping.
