Windows Server 2012 and User Account Control (UAC)
Due to the nature of the implementation of User Account Control (UAC) in Windows Server 2012, some CDC Replication command-line programs run as a non-Administrator will require elevation and incur an elevation prompt. In these situations, the command will run and complete as normal. However, any output to the screen will be lost when the command completes.
To avoid this behaviour, CDC Replication command-line programs can be run as Administrator. Doing so will preserve the output of the command.
