CDC Replication and Oracle Windows considerations

CDC Replication for Oracle can now be installed on Windows systems.

CDC Replication does not support accessing remotely to Oracle database running on Windows and managed by ASM. If configured as a remote log reading instance, the redo logs from the Oracle Database on Windows must be multiplexed outside of ASM and made available to CDC.
