This is an informational code to explain why a requested action did not occur. The requested action was not taken because of the current state of the subscription. There are two situations when this occurs:

• The request was to stop replication and the subscription is not currently replicating.
• The request was to stop capture and no capture cache exists for the subscription.

In both cases, no action is required to reach the desired state.
