Controlling row operations

Management Console lets you set how a target table responds to changes made on the source table.

You can control row operation through the following features:

Suppressing the apply of row operations
You can suppress an insert, update, or a delete from replicating to the target table.
Preventing the audit of row operations
You can prevent row operations from being audited
Auditing only the after image
You can restrict auditing so that your target table only audits the after image when there is a change to a row in the source table. This is especially useful if you want to reduce the size of your audit trails for recovery purposes.
Detecting conflicts on row operations
You can set conflict detection on row-level conflicts. When there is a conflict against an insert, update or a delete operation, CDC Replication generates a message.
