CECZ0756E (0x011002F4) CECZ0756E A subsystem start response was not received during the timeout interval for subsystem-id

Explanation

The IMS partner program exit did not receive a notification acknowledgement message from the source server in response to a subsystem start notification within the response time-out interval specified by the RESPTOUT parameter. This may indicate one of the following:
  1. The source server did not receive the original notification message.
  2. The source server encountered an error when attempting to send a notification acknowledgement.
  3. The notification acknowledgement was not received within the specified response time-out interval.

User response

Check the source server console log messages to verify the subsystem start notification message was received. The source server will issue a CECZ0991I whenever a subsystem start notification is received. If the notification was received, it's possible the source sever encountered an error while attempting to send the notification acknowledgement message. To verify this, check the source server diagnostic log for any errors reported while sending the acknowledgement. It is also possible that the server failed to respond in the specified time-out interval. Consider increasing the RESPTOUT parameter in the CECE1OPT options table to address this issue.

If the subsystem start notification message was not received by the source server, check the console log for any additional errors reported by the partner program exit. In this case it may be necessary to stop replication and perform reload operations in order to insure the integrity of your replication environment.
