Explanation
   The VSAM log reader service issues this informational message when the service detects a close
record in the log stream for a subscription. The message includes this information:
applid-id - Identifies the name of the CICS region or batch job name that closed the file.

file-name - Identifies the CICS FCT or DD name that is closed.

dataset name - Identifies the base cluster name of the file that is closed.

Db2-time-stamp - Identifies the time when the Tie-Up record is written and converted to local
time.

change-stream-name - Identifies the URL of the change stream. The second component of the URL
identifies the 8-character short name of the subscription.
