Explanation
A request staged by the batch command processor with token input-request-token was read by the administration service.  The request specifies an unknown version request-version-value and cannot be processed further.

User response
Investigate how the request was created and ensure the server supports the request version submitted.  If the problem is not resolved, contact IBM Support.
