Enforcing an account expiry after a new account creation

You can force a user to change their passwords when a new account is created for them.

1. Ensure that you are a system administrator and have the privileges to manage datastores and user accounts.
2. Click File > Access Server > Access Server Options.
3. Click Accounts.
4. Enable the Enforce new account expiry check box.
5. Enter the maximum number of days before a new account expires in the Maximum new account age (days) box.

   The number must be between 1 and 999. The default number is 15.
