Explanation
A 64-Bit Virtual Storage Allocation macro failed
while trying to allocate a private memory object. The return codes

the server log entry.

If this error occurs when you start the data server,
check that the EXEC card specifies MEMLIMIT=NONE to ensure that above-the-bar
memory is available.
