Explanation

member record listed. The member record is last (target) record in the PATH.
A warning would have been issued during creation of the table.

Ensure that the data server is successfully connected
to the CA-IDMS central version. Then, resubmit the CREATE TABLE and ensure
there are no errors or warnings. Then, resubmit the ALTER TABLE statement.
