Returns an integer expression that represents the size of the interval variable that is next.

This function returns an integer expression that represents the size of the interval variable that is next to interval a in sequence variable seq. When interval a is present and is the last interval of sequence seq, it returns the constant integer value lastVal. When interval a is absent, it returns 0.
