Collecting troubleshooting information
When you open a case with IBM®, you can include additional troubleshooting information (MustGather data) that you have collected to help with investigating the problem that you are having with IBM MQ.
About this task
The support pages provide links to a number of different resources to help you with troubleshooting. You can also subscribe to notifications about IBM MQ fixes, troubleshooting, and other news.
If you are unable to resolve an issue yourself and need assistance, you can open a case. This section explains how to collect troubleshooting information to include with the case for a number of different types of problem that you might encounter with IBM MQ for Multiplatforms or IBM MQ for z/OS®. In addition to the information described in this section, IBM might request further information on a case by case basis.
