ApplName (MQCHAR28) for MQCNO
The name set by the application to identify the connection to the queue manager. The initial value of the field is MQAN_NONE_ARRAY (blank characters).
This field is ignored if Version is less than MQCNO_VERSION_7, or if the value
is set to blanks.

If you attempt to do so, you receive the MQRC_CNO_ERROR reason code back.
