Auditing

You can check for security intrusions, or attempted intrusions, by using event messages. You can also check the security of your system by using the IBM® MQ Explorer.

From IBM MQ 10.0.0, you can also check for connecting applications and applications actions on a queue manager through positive authorization events.

To detect attempts to perform actions such as connecting to a queue manager or put a message on a queue, inspect the event messages produced by your queue managers, particularly authority event messages.
