IBM MQ Console: Working with applications

You can use the IBM® MQ Console to view information about applications connected to a queue manager.

About this task

An application is connected to a queue manager across a network by using a server-conn channel. The applications view includes a panel that shows a quick view of how many applications are connected to a queue manager.

Procedure

To view application information:
  1. From the queue manager view, open the Applications tab.
  2. Click Connected applications to open the applications view.
  3. If there are multiple instances of an application, click the down arrow to view details of each instance.
  4. Click objects in the view to get more details.
