QuantumSafeAlgorithm (MQLONG)

This field specifies the Quantum Safe algorithm to use when securing a TLS connection.

The value is one of the following:
MQQS_UNPROTECTED
Do not use quantum safe algorithms.
MQQS_HYBMLKEM
Use the Hybrid ML-KEM quantum safe algorithm.
MQQS_MLKEM
Use the ML-KEM quantum safe algorithm.

This is an input field to the exit. This field is not present if Version is less than MQCD_VERSION_13.
