Troubleshooting

Refer to this section for information on troubleshooting problems with your IAS appliance.

The main diagnostic data collection utility for IAS is apdiag. apdiag has various symptom-related collections, which simplify the troubleshooting process and can be used as MustGather information for IBM Support when needed.

Restriction: Do not use the power cycle option on nodes. It removes power from nodes through PDU, which might cause OS corruption. Nodes must be properly powered down through the OS.
