Unlocking a user account in IBM® Db2 Warehouse

If you fail six times to log in to the Db2® Warehouse web console, your account will be locked. To unlock it, you must change the password or have it changed for you. The account is not automatically unlocked if you wait long enough or clear the browser cache.

Procedure

Use one of the following approaches:
  • If your non-bluadmin account is locked, ask a bluadmin user or other administrator to change the password by clicking Settings > Users and Privileges in the web console.
  • If your bluadmin account is locked, follow the instructions in Changing the bluadmin password.
