R analytics

You can run R scripts that retrieve data from and write data to a Db2® database.

Note: This functionality is not available on customer-supplied rack M4002-001 model. For more information on this model, see M4002-001 model overview.

Such scripts can be powerful tools to help you analyze your data. For example, you can use R scripts to generate statistical models based on data in your database, and to plot the results of these models. See Analyzing with R.
