Creating a CPad

Within the UDSF evaluate method, create a named pad of type CPad for your function.

string_pad_create.cpp shows a UDSF called string_pad_create that:

Creates a CPad called stringpad that acts as a string storage pad
Takes an input string and length, and saves each character in the string in an array
