Hardware reclone
A hardware reclone uses storage replication technology to make the target node an identical copy of the source node. This form of reclone will replace the operating system, all licensed products and applications, as well as all data on the target node.
Recloning your Db2® Mirror nodes can be done through the Db2 Mirror GUI or by using SQL services and the Qshell command db2mtool.
If you reclone SYSBAS, all the database IASPs must also be recloned. You can also reclone just a database IASP. This section walks you through both of these scenarios.
