Fast Response Cache Accelerator (FRCA) is no longer available

Fast Response Cache Accelerator (FRCA) for Apache HTTP Server is no longer available on IBM® i 7.6. If the local cache is configured for FRCA, it is ignored. The file will continue to be served through the HTTP server and not use the NFC cache.
