Starting system service tools

To access system service tools (SST), follow these steps.

1. At the command line, type STRSST (the Start System Service Tools command).
2. At the Start Service Tools (STRSST) Sign On display, enter your service tools user profile and password and press Enter
3. The System Service Tools (SST) menu appears:

                         System Service Tools (SST)
    Select one of the following:
         1. Start a service tool
         2. Work with active service tools
         3. Work with disk units
         4. Work with discette data recovery
         5. Work with system partitions
