Cannot read system configuration data from active mirrored load source

If the system cannot read the system configuration data from the active mirrored load source that is being used for the initial program load (IPL), you can see one of these displays.

                    Accept Load Source Warning Report

Some of the configuration information on the load source is
missing.  The system can rebuild this information using
the default values.

Press Enter to let the system rebuild the configuration
information on the load source.

If you were performing any disk unit recovery actions, go to
Work with Disk Units and complete those actions.

                   Disk Configuration Warning Report
   Type option, press Enter.
     5=Display Detailed Report
  
   Press F10 to accept all the warnings and continue the IPL.
   The system will attempt to correct the warnings.
