IBM support uses contact information to
contact your company when Electronic Service
Agent reports a problem.
To configure the contact information, follow these steps:
- On the command line of the main menu, type CHGCNTINF and
press F4 (Prompt).
- Enter the required information and page
down to the next page. The required fields are:
- company
- contact name
- email address
- primary telephone number
- alternate telephone number
- address
- city
- state
- country
- zip code
- media for PTFs
- Enter the customer number and ID.
- Enter the information in the Mailing address field.
- Enter the information in the National language
version field. Press F4 (Prompt) for a list of national language versions.
- Page down to the next page.
- Enter the information in the Electronic mail
addresses field.
- Enter the information in the Media for mailing
fixes field.
Note: The expected
delivery time of mailed PTFs is 5 - 9 business days.
- Press Enter.
For more information about any field, position
the cursor to the field and press the Help key. For more information
about the command, position the cursor to the title at the top of
the page and press the Help key.
