DNS changes

IBM® i DNS requires IBM i 5770-SS1 option 33 (Portable Application Solutions Environment (PASE)) installed. It also requires access to openssl and libuv through either a recent PTF or RPM packages.

With IBM i PTF SI80443 applied, IBM i DNS requires install of 5733-SC1 option 1 (OpenSSH, OpenSSH, lib) in addition to IBM i 5770-SS1 option 33.

Without IBM i PTF SI80443 applied, IBM i DNS requires both RPM packages: openssl and libuv, in addition to IBM i 5770-SS1 option 33.

IBM i DNS server can work only after all the dependent packages are met.
