Compare services now require *ALLOBJ special authority

In Db2® Mirror for i 7.5, the authorization required by the Db2 Mirror compare services has been modified to require *ALLOBJ special authority. This includes the following services:

QSYS2.MIRROR_COMPARE_LIBRARY procedure
QSYS2.MIRROR_COMPARE_NODE procedure
QSYS2.MIRROR_COMPARE_OBJECT table function
