Starting a cluster administrative domain

When the cluster administrative domain is started, any change made to any monitored resource while the cluster administrative domain was ending is propagated to all active nodes in the cluster administrative domain.

Start of changeTo start a cluster administrative domain using the PowerHA® graphical interface, follow these steps:End of change

  1. Start of changeIn a Web browser, enter http://mysystem:2001, where mysystem is the host name of the system.End of change
  2. Start of changeLog on to the system with your user profile and password.End of change
  3. Start of changeClick PowerHA from the IBM Navigator for i window.End of change
  4. Start of changeOn the PowerHA page, click on Cluster Administrative Domains. End of change
  5. Start of changeOn the Cluster Administrative Domains page, select Start from the context menu of the cluster administrative domain you want to start.End of change
The Status column shows that the cluster administrative domain is started.
