Explanation

the processor. The allowable range is approximately 5.4x10^-79 to 7.2x10^75..

System action
The constant assembles as zero.

Programmer response
Check the characteristic (exponent), exponent modifier, scale modifier,
and mantissa (fraction) for validity. Remember that a floating-point
constant is rounded, not truncated, after conversion.
