Explanation
Bit 7 of the flag byte of a channel command word specified by a
CCW, CCW0, or CCW1 statement is not zero.

System action
The CCW, CCW0, or CCW1 assembles as zero.

Programmer response
Set bit 7 of the flag byte to zero to suppress this message during
the next assembly.
