Explanation During product initialization, above-the-line CSA
storage was unable to be obtained for loading a required product routine
as detailed by the internal return code rrrrrrrr. 

User response Investigate and correct the shortage of above-the-line
CSA storage and restart the product.  If the problem persists, contact IBM® Software Support.
