Running an assessment

Assessments run in a serialized mode one after the other. If more than one assessment is scheduled to run they will have to be queued. This queue can be viewed through the Guardium Job Queue report.

Clicking the Run Once Now button will enter the assessment into the queue and immediately run it. A short period of time is required for the job to be executed and become viewable. See Viewing assessment results for more information on the results of an assessment.

You can optionally define and schedule an automated process for running of an assessment definition. The Audit Process finder panel is the starting point for creating or modifying an audit process schedule. create a schedule to automatically run your assessments by going to the Audit Process finder panel.
