    plan_name is the plan name the thread was executing.

  User responseReview the ADHPARMS parameters HM_DUMPS and
   HM_TIME_LIMIT (these set the thresholds for in-collector health monitoring). In environments with
   high CPU contention, the HM_TIME_LIMIT parameter value might need to be increased to avoid false
