Filtering inventories

You can also click the Filters button in the Data inventory page to filter the data stores based on different criteria.

A data store can be classified on the basis of the following criteria:

  • Classification process status.
    • Classified data store for which the classification process is complete
    • Scanning data store for which the classification process is ongoing
    • Unclassified data store for which the classification process might not be completed for issues, such as, unavailability of an IBM Guardium DSPM Analyzer installation in the data store’s region
  • Cloud provider or SaaS application:
    • You can further filter cloud providers from Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
    • You can further filter SaaS applications from Slack, Google Drive, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365
  • Name of a data store
  • Type of a data store
  • Cloud account name of a data store
  • Region of a data store
  • Custom labels attached to a data store
  • Type of Sensitivities, such as Personal, Developmental, Financial, Secrets, and Identifiable. You can filter on the basis of these sensitivity types or their subtypes. For example you can filter by the Personal email sensitivity subtype of the Personal type of sensitivity. For more information, see Types of Sensitivities.
  • Type of Cloud Tag, such as, Owner, Environment, Component, or Name

You can also click the Export button Export button to export sensitivities in the data inventories to export the data on the Data inventory page as a .csv file.
