Permissions to access an Atlassian account
When you connect an Atlantis Confluence account or an Atlassian JIRA account with IBM Guardium DSPM, ensure that you are signed in as a Confluence Admin or JIRA Admin to authorize for the requested permissions. These permissions enable access to sensitive information within Atlassian Confluence and Atlassian Lira accounts.
Permissions to access a Microsoft 365 account
When you connect a Microsoft 365 account with IBM Guardium DSPM, ensure that you are signed in as a Global Admin role user to authorize for the requested permissions. These permissions enable access to sensitive information in a Microsoft 365 account shared within Microsoft SharePoint site, Microsoft OneDrive folders, and Microsoft Teams messages and attached files account.
Permissions to access a Google Drive account
When you connect Google Drive account with IBM Guardium DSPM with a Google Drive account, ensure that you connect with super administrator privileges, sign in to the Google Admin Console, and then follow the steps provided in the dashboard to create the application access with the relevant scope of permissions. This scope of permissions enables read-only access to the information that is shared within both shared and personal drives of a Google Drive account.
Permissions to access a Slack account
An authorization with a scope of permissions is automatically created when you connect IBM Guardium DSPM with a Slack account. The authorization has some permissions to access sensitive information that is shared within messages and files that are shared through the slack account.

Three roles with some permissions are automatically created when you connect an Amazon Web Services (AWS) account with IBM Guardium DSPM.
Accounts and permissions for Google Cloud Projects
Three accounts and a federation with some permissions are automatically created when you connect an Google Cloud Project (GCP) account with IBM Guardium DSPM.
Roles and permissions for Microsoft Azure accounts
The App Registration with Service Principal and the DSPM Analyzer role with some permissions are automatically created when you connect a Microsoft Azure account with IBM Guardium DSPM.
