Adding members to groups from within a report

Guardium® Insights allows you to add members to groups from various locations within the Guardium Insights user interface.

Procedure

  • When customizing dashboards, you can add a card for a group. This allows you to add members to your groups from your dashboard.
  • When viewing a report, you can select an item in the report and then choose Add item to group. You will then choose the group to add the member to.
  • When viewing a report, you can add an entire column to a group by clicking Add column items to group. After the Add column items to group dialog box opens, select the column to add and the group to add it to (or, create a new group to add it to).
