Providing feedback

Artificial Intelligence is used to categorize the risk events. With your help of providing feedback, this method can learn and improve to fine-tune the categorization and produce better outcomes. Both positive and negative feedback help the AI to learn and identify the best categories for the risk events. However, be informed that no instant categorization change results from a single feedback. Instead, changes happen gradually. The category's setting and confidence level are slightly modified after each feedback submission. Depending on how sure the AI is about the category, you may need to give the same input multiple times before you notice significant change in the categorization.

About this task

Collecting feedback is done in the Respond | Tune dialog box and it is optional, so you can respond without providing feedback even if the Feedback option is disabled.

Procedure

Collect feedback. When Feedback is enabled, there is an extra section on the Respond | Tune dialog box.
  1. Under Improve risk event categorization by providing feedback (Optional), select Agree or Disagree to provide feedback on the accuracy of the risk event’s category.
  2. If you agree with the Risk event’s category, optionally, enter the reason in the comment box.
  3. If you disagree with the risk event’s category, then choose the category that best fits the risk event from the category list. If nothing fits, choose Other. You can access a detailed description of each category by clicking the Categories link.
